2. About CHRYSEDA CHRYSEDA presents original textile and fibre artworks by Chryseda Ballentyne, including one-of-a-kind works, commissions and curated collections. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs and other information about artworks are accurate. However, photographs may vary from the actual appearance of colours and textures depending on lighting, photography and the device on which an image is viewed.

3. Artwork availability and enquiries Artwork displayed on this website may be available, unavailable, previously sold, or available only by enquiry. Displaying an artwork on the website does not constitute an offer to sell it. If you enquire about an artwork, we will provide information about its current availability, price and any relevant delivery or collection arrangements. A purchase is not complete until the terms of the individual transaction have been agreed and confirmed by CHRYSEDA.

5. Commissions Commission enquiries are welcome through the website. A commission is not accepted until the scope of the work, price, payment arrangements, expected completion time and other relevant terms have been agreed between CHRYSEDA and the client. Because commissioned artwork is individually created, the final work may contain natural or handmade variations in colour, texture and construction. Any commission-specific agreement will take precedence over these general website Terms and Conditions where the two conflict.
